Incentive Program

FREE DUES & LUNCHEONS FOR 2023


AAFAME offers the following incentive program for those engineer members that volunteer & participate. This program will allow for engineers to get their dues & luncheons for free (value of $555) if they meet the following criteria during 2022:

  • Attend a minimum of 6 committee meetings (last year we had 62 committee meetings in person & virtual). You will need to serve on more than one committee to easily meet this goal.  * Please note that in order to get credit for zoom meetings you must have your video camera on.
  • Attend a minimum of 8 events including monthly luncheon, training, building tours, professional series (above the 1 required below) or EXPO per year (we held 25 programs last year to pick from). 
  • Volunteer a minimum of 12 hours above and beyond the committee meetings. Examples of Volunteer Hours: Community Service Projects (will have both weekday and weekend opportunities), Chili Slam (before & during event), Adventure Fest (before & during event), Veterans Day Parade, EXPO & Sponsor phone calls (can be done from office), submit articles for newsletter (can be from outside sources related to building maintenance), collecting survey results, social media posts, build event props, Career Days, stuff goody bags & more.
  • Attend at least 1 Professional Series course to include Leadership Development topics. Attend more than 1 Professional Series to count towards 8 event requirement listed above.

The engineer members that meet the above criteria not only get free dues & luncheons next year, but will also be entered into a drawing to win the following prizes (drawing typically held at January luncheon):

  • 1 winner will receive $1,000
  • 1 winner will receive $500
  • All others who completed the program will receive $200
  • Drawing to be held in January 2023









2021 Participants

If you completed last year's program, you do not need to sign up again unless you are changing or updating committees.
