Include AAFAME in your 2027 budget!
To the best of our knowledge the following are the figures you should budget for next year:
ENGINEER & PROPERTY MANAGER MEMBERS:
- Engineer/Property Manager Dues $265 per year
- Luncheons $57.00-$60.00 per event (9 per year) to cover anticipated new venue costs
- Training & Professional Series $41.00 per event (approx. 12 per year)
- Chili Slam $150 - $500 (team registration fees)
- Vendor EXPO & Engineer Appreciation events will remain at no cost!
Average cost per engineer if they were to attend every single event = $1,375 per year (or $114 per month) for professional training & networking!
VENDORS MEMBERS:
- Vendor Dues $350 per year (can be included with annual sponsorship - see below)
- Additional Vendor Dues $195
- Luncheons $65 per event (9 per year)
- Sponsorship: We will be offering our annual sponsorship package for next year and the amounts will range from $3,500 - $9,000 (we will start sales for 2027 in October 2026).
Activities available to sponsor:
- Monthly Luncheon ($2,000)
- Awards Luncheon ($1,000-3,000)
- Holiday Luncheon ($750-$4,500)
- Chili Slam (event sponsors range from $750-$6,000)
- Chili Slam teams (various teams will range from $200-$1,000)
- Engineer Appreciation Event ($1,000)
- Membership Directory (advertisements range from $500-$1,500)
- Vendor EXPO (exhibit tables $1,000 & $2,250)
- Vendor EXPO Featured Sponsors ($1,500-$3,000)
- Career Center & Community Services ($750)
- New Benefits are being added every year
Average cost per vendor if they were to attend every single meeting & sponsor at least one event = less than $3,000 (or $250 per month) for professional advertising & networking! Of course you can opt to do more but this would cover a minimum.
