EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2009 - The City of Austin Energy Conservation Audit and Disclosure (ECAD) Ordinance took effect June 1, 2009. The ordinance is part of the City of Austin's energy efforts to offset 700 megawatts of peak energy demand by 2020. Click the following links for more information:

Please remember you need to enter each of your buildings into Portfolio Manager, Energy Star and file the Reporting form. You have until June 1, 2011 to be in compliance.
